Sad

"When you look at me, do you want to know why this face is sad and not laughing? It's because I miss my mommy and my daddy. I was thinking about it and I made lots of tears come out of my eyes when I was in bed."

He's full of funny, but he's also full of truth. This is one of the hardest parts of fostering. I reassured him how much he is loved by his mommy and daddy. That he will talk to daddy and mommy tonight. He is fine now. However, I never want to forget the hard moments.
